- Oversee day-to-day operations of the UAV production floor
- Coordinate teams involved in mechanical assembly, electronics integration, and final testing
- Monitor production schedules and align resources to meet output targets
- Ensure adherence to aerospace-grade quality standards and documentation protocols
- Supervise technicians and support staff, including skills development and performance management
- Troubleshoot process bottlenecks and implement lean practices for efficiency
- Enforce rigorous safety and ESD (electrostatic discharge) handling protocols
- Collaborate with R&D, engineering, and procurement teams to manage design updates and component sourcing
- Track production metrics, test outcomes, and quality assurance data for continuous improvement
